Clothes designed by Lili Schreiber
The area around the Brussels-North station has always fascinated me, it’s a place in a constant state of construction and deconstruction, in a way it resembles a desert where occasionally someone passes.
Thanks to the ample and organic forms of the clothing designs of Lili Schreiber, playfulness is added to the portrayed situations. The local landscape’s eclectic aspect is enhanced by the unusual appearance of the colourful silhouettes. I wanted to capture the current soul of a place that is rapidly evolving. Integrating the local inhabitations in the frame allows to embody the human part of the current identity of the area.
